This works for me. Im usually dehydrated & this has helped a lot. I dont always reach my daily goal; but I am happy to get to 55% or more. I have the reminders set to go off every 30 mins. If I can get myself to drink at least a sip or two that is infinitely better than how I was before this app. At work I get "too busy" and would often realize at the end of the day that I only drank half a bottle (16.9oz) in the course of my 8-9 hour day. Now I do much better when I am at work. I noticed that it rounds up to the nearest oz., but that doesnt bother me - since the idea is to drink non-dehydrating fluids -- i dont always log each qualifying sip... My body will thank me for my larger intake. Basically this helps me to take time to remember me and my bodys needs.
